Massage, the oldest known form of healthcare, is therapeutic touch.  Massage therapy simply feels great while providing countless physical and mental benefits.

Massage Services

Relaxation Massage (Swedish Massage)

Ageneral, full body massage using light to moderate pressure that incorporates long, smooth gliding strokes with gentle kneading and friction combined with active and passive movements of the joints. It promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle tension.

Therapeutic Massage (Deep Tissue)

Designed to treat specific areas of tension due to repetitive motion injuries, overuse and body stresses. Neuromuscular trigger points are released through specific applied pressure.

Neuromuscular Massage

Applied to specific muscles, often used to increase blood flow, release knots of muscle tension, release pain/pressure on nerves.

Polarity Therapy

Comprehensive health system involving energy-based bodywork and self-awareness in which health is viewed as a reflection of the condition of the energy field, and therapeutic methods are designed to balance the field for health benefit.

Aromatherapy

Chair Massage

An upper body massage performed while the client is seated in a massage chair. Client remains fully clothed, yet can receive the benefits of massage therapy. Session are usually 15 minutes.
