Who said you can’t make a difference playing golf!
The John Morris Golf Classic was started by many friends who wanted to help me with my rehabilitation. I believe you have to challenge your body, in addition to rehab, Adaptive Recreation does that by providing not only fitness but confidence, independence and friendships. In the tradition of the golf tournament, we started BASH – Bluegrass Adapted Sled Hockey – in Kentucky, plus we purchased rehabilitation equipment for Cardinal Hill Hospital, along with helping injured jockeys by making a $5,000 donation to the Permanent Disabled Jockey Fund. I want to Thank You for your past and hopefully future support helping us continue achieving a better quality of life for the disable.
The Morris Family has designated Easter Seals Cardinal Hill as a major recipient plus Project Walk and the Permanently Disabled Jockey Fund.
